Complete Mowing Service
We tend your lawn with properly trained personnel, and appropriate and well-maintained equipment. This service includes weekly mowing and trimming of all grass areas as well as edging along concrete walks, driveways, and patios.

Irrigation Installation and Repairs
Installing an irrigation system to your existing lawn or landscaping will encourage the growth of your grass and plants and help keep your property lush and green in hot, summer months. After installation, our experts can monitor your system throughout the year to ensure it is performing to its maximum potential.

Irrigation Winterizing and Start Ups
Winterization of your sprinkler system involves the removal of all the water in the pipes, lines, valves, fittings, sprinklers and pumps. If this is not done, water will freeze and expand causing the breakage of one or more of the materials in the lawn irrigation system. The cost to repair these broken materials will be far greater than the cost of winterizing your system.

Snowfall, snow removal and ground heaving can take a heavy toll on your sprinkler system. During April and May, our spring startup service will get your lawn irrigation system up and running for the season. We inspect all parts and materials for function and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a properly running system. This can include a simple head change to the addition of entire zones or system repair.

Aeration and Over Seeding
Too much thatch can choke your lawn. These aeration holes allow valuable fertilizer, water and air to reach the root zone quicker, resulting in new growth and increased root development. Opening the soil in this way also helps reduce thatch buildup and soil compaction allowing your lawn to breath easier and grow more vigorously.

The lawn you choose should be sown, fed and re-seeded according to its type. For cool season favorites like perennial rye, Kentucky bluegrass and the fescues, the time to sow seed—whether to fill in bare spots or plant a brand new lawn—is in the “Fall”, actually mid-August to mid-September. The seed will germinate quickly in the still-warm soil, the young grass will thrive in the rapidly cooling air, and be up and growing before the first leaves fall.

Snow Removal
Each time it snows we’re there to remove the snow from all walks, driveways and steps in a timely manner.
